Loss

When you are one with loss,
The loss is experienced willingly.
Lao Tzu, Tao Te Ching

When we remain caught in attachment to what we may have lost, we are not able to be fully in the present. It is said that "When one door closes, another one opens." So it is that letting go of loss can open the door to a richer gain.

Today

Go over in your mind all that you have lost - including lost opportunities - and accept each loss willingly, letting go of any anger, disappointment or sadness you may be holding on to.
